When users reach one of the highest levels in our Community, I'd like our Community team to be notified so that they can reach out to the member to congratulate.
Question: How can I set an alert for our team when a user reaches a certain rank?
Solved! Go to Solution.
is this setting something that can help you?? We have it set to notify everyone with the moderator or administrator role. And as of the rank 5 so we exclude up to 4.
Or were you looking for something else?
@Wendy_SI would like to set these notifications as well. In this case we have more than 30 levels and it would be nice to exlude low levels from notifications. According to article -> to separate exluded levels use a commas, but what if the name of the rank contains commas ?
Any tips ?))

Wow, that's a good question. I never thought about rank names including comma's to seperate rank from description.
I know Lithium uses comma as a pretty common seperator in admin settings so I see how this could upset things.
I actually don't know what happens if the rank contains comma's. have you tried it? Perhaps use a different format for the rank so it does not contain comma's and this setting can work?
Others are free to weigh in here :-)
Good question @drolcak!
I have tested a lot today morning. It doesn't work in current situation (with comma in name of the rank).
Tried to change character to ":" and other and it's almost fine but changes crashed our customized profile ;-)
So I will try with ticket to support and if i get an answer I will share with you.
