The Lithium Training Services team is excited to announce that we will be launching a brand new Lithium Campus experience on February 1st. Campus will still be found at https://campus.lithium.com but we are moving off the Learning Management System (LMS) platform we have been using the past 3 years and onto a new, modern, flexible, customizable platform. With this move, we have finally been able to integrate several systems and services that were spread across multiple Lithium websites into one place, creating a better learning experience for you.
The new Campus includes:
A place for you to learn about our services and discover training recommendations for your role in your organization. These include both Instructor-Led and self-paced eLearning content with links to register for both. You do not need to be logged in to see this information which will be available directly on the Campus home page.
A current calendar of all Instructor-led course offerings (both virtual distance-learning and in-person). Many registration options are available including payment type (purchase order or credit card), the ability to register on behalf of other people, and to request a private class for your team.
An intuitive, modern, enjoyable eLearning portal experience. Every Campus user will have a custom Dashboard. This dashboard will show “course cards” for every program you have registered for (both current and completed), a wishlist for classes you flagged as being interested in, and your certifications. From this dashboard you can launch any eLearning courses you have registered for or get the details for live Instructor-led training registrations.
A few things to know about the platform transition:
We want to make this transition as simple as possible for existing Campus users. All of your course completion history, exam scores, and certifications have been transferred over to the new platform and will be viewable on your dashboard. We began the data migration from our old platform on January 15th so any new course registrations or completions since then may not accurately be reflected in your account on February 1st . The final migration of this most recent data will occur in the week following the launch.
Campus will now use your email address as your login. On the new Campus home page will be instructions for logging in for both new and existing users. Existing users will be taken through a one-time process to create a new password.
Every Campus user has been automatically enrolled in a course entitled “Welcome to the New Lithium Campus” and will appear on your dashboard under your current enrollments. This 3-minute course will walk you through the basics of navigating the new interface to find both eLearning and live course descriptions, register for classes, view your account details and course dashboard, and learn about recommended courses for your role.
We hope you enjoy the new Lithium Campus! As always, please let us know if you have any questions or comments at any time at firstname.lastname@example.org .
