It serves as an introduction to key topics such as conversation routing and management, the core agent workflow, team composition, administrative settings, and analytics.
Through this 24-minute course, learners are introduced to the core concepts of:
tagging and routing conversations to the appropriate teams and queues
claiming, responding and closing conversations
discovering administrative settings
and measuring success through the power of Lithium Analytics.
The course contains a new design in interactive exercises that simulates hands-on experience with the Agent interface and allows learners to walk through the core agent workflow with guided instruction.
