    I lead the Global Social Customer Care team for the Norton Support and Services group at Symantec. I started at Symantec in Engineering. After noticing customers needed help on Social Networks but were being ignored, I took my Customer Service background, applied it to product knowledge and love for social networks, and started replying to these customers - provided them direct support. It didn't take long for the company to notice this 'vigilante' was providing excellent customer experiences, and the company moved to make this an official company endorsed effort. I now lead a team of full-time Social Support Agents who respond to customers on social networks, as well as other areas across the web, with one goal in mind - Surprise and Delight Customers in their channel of choice.

    Born and raised in Tijuana, Mexico, which is the northernmost city in Mexico and the home of the Caesar Salad!! #claimtofame. I went to school at the "Technologico de Monterrey" in Monterrey, Mexico, where i obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in May of 1999. I've been with MicroStrategy since March of 2000 (over 15 years now!), all of them in the Technical Support organization, where i started as a Techcnial Support Engineer and have had multiple roles in between until my current role, which is managing our WW Customer Services team. On my main goals at MicroStrategy is to make sure that all of our customers get the best experience possible when requiring assistance with our Software. Upgrading our community is just another step in that direction where I hope we can truly create a place where our customers can not only connect with MicroStrategy, but also connect with each other, help each other out and share their MicroStrategy experiences.
