  • Formerly known as "lolagoetz" on the community, I'm now a Sr. Solutions Architect with Lithium. I have well over a decade of community management experience and I love making connections between people, process, and technology. I started out in community as a hobby, and eventually turned it into a career thanks to a well-timed interaction on Twitter. Never ask me to sing, because I will do it at the drop of a hat (and much of the time, without being asked, too).
  • Dave is the VP, Reach & Response Services at Lithium. Based in Austin, Dave is also the author of best-selling "Social Media Marketing: An Hour a Day," as well as "Social Media Marketing: The Next Generation of Business Engagement." Dave is a regular columnist for ClickZ, a frequent keynoter and leads social technology and measurement workshops with the American Marketing Association as well as Social Media Executive Seminars, a C-level business training provider. Prior, Dave was a co-founder of social technology provider Social Dynamx, a product manager with Progressive Insurance and a systems analyst with NASA| Jet Propulsion Labs. Dave co-founded Digital Voodoo, a web technology consultancy, in 1994. Dave holds a BS in physics and mathematics from the State University of New York/ Brockport and has served on the Advisory Board for ad:tech and the Measurement and Metrics Council with WOMMA.
  • Dayle is SVP of Marketing for Lithium Technologies. In his role, Dayle is the head of marketing, responsible for all strategic marketing activities for the company including branding, positioning, communications, customer acquisition programs and go-to-market strategy. Dayle is a marketing executive with 19+ years’ experience across all marketing disciplines. Prior to joining Lithium, Dayle led Corporate Marketing and Corporate Communications at Aruba Networks. He has also held multiple marketing roles at Cisco and Oracle.
  • Jeff Spitulnik is part of the product management team at Lithium. He joined Lithium in April 2012 from IBM, where he was part of the BigFix product management team building innovative endpoint management and security products now in use on tens of millions of computers and mobile devices around the world. Jeff has a wide range of experience innovating in social, consumer, and enterprise web technologies having served product management roles at BigFix (acquired by IBM), Documentum (acquired by EMC), Razorfish, and Borders Group. As part of his graduate research at the University of Michigan, Jeff studied the use of collaborative technologies and technology-enabled communities of practice. Jeff is an avid soccer player and youth soccer and lacrosse coach based in the San Francisco Bay Area. You can follow him on Twitter at @spitulnik.

  • Dr. Michael Wu was the Chief Scientist at Lithium Technologies from 2008 until 2018, where he applied data-driven methodologies to investigate and understand the social web. Michael developed many predictive social analytics with actionable insights. His R&D work won him the recognition as a 2010 Influential Leader by CRM Magazine. His insights are made accessible through “The Science of Social,” and “The Science of Social 2”—two easy-reading e-books for business audience. Prior to industry, Michael received his Ph.D. from UC Berkeley’s Biophysics program, where he also received his triple major undergraduate degree in Applied Math, Physics, and Molecular & Cell Biology.
