Has anyone had experience integrating community content into their KCS methodologies?
We use KCS for our knowledge base and the articles are created by our engineers.
I have not thought about integrating the writing style into the community, but this is an interesting idea. I see the biggest hurdle would be teaching or holding members to that style. The majority of the content within my community is customer created.
What is your motivation to implement this and would you be holding your customer to the KCS standard?
